Fish tacos. Perfectly warmed tortillas, cod from uwajimaya's. That place is starting to feel like my Grocery Store. Even found some sumac and pomegranate molasses there, today. Can't wait to start digging into Ottolenghi and the Jerusalem cookbook! Just have to make some preserved lemons. We'll see if I can keep this up. It would be fun to have a diary of our dinners...I like the idea. and could be useful, if I'm feeling uninspired...
Also the new Bon Appetit (treat from Santa) looks appealing too! Lots of new January meals...Definitely will be cutting back on the rich foods. We'll see how long that lasts!
